These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dilek Kala Aesthetic & Beauty website and the treatments and services we provide. By booking an appointment or using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Dilek Kala Aesthetic & Beauty is an aesthetic and beauty clinic at 20 London Road, Enfield EN2 6ED. Contact: dilekkala1985@hotmail.com / 07397 655 682.
2. Bookings and consultations
- All new clients are required to attend a consultation before certain treatments.
- You must be 18 years or older to book any aesthetic or injectable treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse any treatment if it is not suitable, safe, or in your best interest.
- By booking you confirm that all medical information provided to us is accurate and complete.
3. Deposits, payments and refunds
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.
- Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash and card payments.
- Treatment results cannot be guaranteed; no refunds will be given for treatments that have been carried out.
4. Cancellations and late arrivals
- Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or a charge equal to 50–100% of the booked treatment.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
5. Consent and medical information
- You will be asked to sign a written consent form before each treatment.
- You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and pregnancy/breastfeeding status.
- Failing to disclose relevant information may cause harm and voids any liability on our part.
6. Aftercare
Following aftercare instructions is essential for best results and your safety. Where aftercare advice is ignored, we cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory outcomes or adverse reactions.
7. Photography
Before and after photographs are taken only with your written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at dilekkala1985@hotmail.com within 14 days so we can look into it. We take all concerns seriously.
9. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of any single treatment is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
10. Website use
- Content on this website is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- All content, images and branding on this website are the property of Dilek Kala Aesthetic & Beauty or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
